Novo to Design $24.9M Renovation to Medomak Valley High School

Novo Studio is thrilled to announce that our Medomak Valley High School Renovation project has received resounding community support from all five towns in Region School Unit 40 in Midcoast Maine. This is a true acheivment for a community and a building that hasn’t seen a change since the 1960’s.

When designing the 105.000 square foot renovation of the existing building, our goals were simple - to update the building for health and safety, to create modern education spaces for 21st century learning and most importantly, to balance these needs with fiscal responsibility and create a design solution that would meet the goals without overburdening the community. This renovation will secure the future of the Medomak Valley High School and RSU 40 community for decades to come.
