Easter Seals Champlin House
Formerly a single family home built in 1945 and gifted to the Easter Seals in 1990, Novo’s task is to reimagine the building as the new permanent home for the Adult Day program. The project scope includes renovating the first and second floor program and administrative spaces with a focus on accessibility, building code and the comfort of clients and staff. The scope will include needed building code and accessibility upgrades, as well as meet state and federal licensing guidelines for the Adult Day Program.
